Earlier she served in AllamaIqbal Open University, Islamabad (Pakistan), as an Associate Professor and Chairperson, Department of Natural and Biological Sciences. She has written many research papers and prepared teaching material in the field of Education. She has received training in UK, USA and Canada in the field of Distance Learning Education System, School Management &Administration. She has been involved in Teacher’s Training Programs at national level,too.
